Rich has led cross-channel media strategy and buying, operations and new business development, remaining focused on delivering excellent client satisfaction. He started his career in the publishing and business-to-business sectors. After moving into the nonprofit sector, Rich has been instrumental in growing the bottom line for some of the country’s leading nonprofits – Operation Smile, Mercy Ships, Salvation Army, Project Hope, Humane Societies, Feeding America, and World Vision, to name a few.
