Elke Bengtson is a thirty-year direct marketer who started her career at Potpourri Group in 1992 in telephone order entry. She continued to grow in her roles and has held a long tenure at Talbots, the American Medical Association, and Sundance Catalog progressing to her current role as Director of Strategic Services at CohereOne in April 2022. Elke has in-depth experience of segmentation, merge purge, customer acquisition, forecasting, strategic testing, modeling and backend analysis. She understands that developing relationships are important to strategy in implementing successful programs. Elke also enjoys continued learning to understand customer trends and available tools and programs to maximize customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. Elke lives in the Salt Lake area of Utah.
